As a company, Harry Pepper & Associates has completed over 500 construction projects since our inception in 1918. And, in just the last ten years, HPA has completed an array of design-build projects totaling over $200 million in construction cost.

These projects include a variety of facilities ranging from military dormitories, to hospitals, to offices. We also specialize in engineering construction projects including pump stations, levees, and a one-of-a-kind combat diver training facility. 

One of the keys to our longevity is developing essential relationships with sub-consulting design firms and subcontracting firms that share a common commitment to excellence.

By making these partnering ties, we are able to team with the consultant(s) who are the most appropriate in fulfilling the requirements and needs of each particular project.

Additionally, HPA has developed its own in-house design/build team in order to ensure accuracy in following project requirements and quality control both during the design phase and continuing throughout the construction phase of the project.
