MEP Construction Design/Build Services Company

Harry Pepper & Associates was founded in 1918 by Harry Pepper, Sr. as a plumbing shop. Harry Pepper, Jr. joined the firm in 1945.

As Jacksonville grew, HPA gained additional areas of construction expertise in water plants, sewer plants and heavy industrial projects.

In the 1990’s HPA further expanded its services to include projects for which it was responsible for both design/build and construction.

Harry Pepper Jr.’s son, David Pepper became president and CEO of HPA in 1991 and continued the company’s growth.

Under David Pepper’s leadership, Harry Pepper & Associates has performed a wide variety of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing services projects for the U.S. Navy, Corps of Engineers, South Florida Water Management District, Miami Dade County and other agencies.

In addition to bid-build construction projects, such as Pump Stations, Wastewater Treatment Plants, Stormwater Treatment Facilities, and Airfield Pavements, HPA also has designed and constructed a variety of building facilities including barracks, child development centers and military training facilities for Government agencies.

The continued success of HPA is directly attributable to the high caliber of its management and supporting staff, its commitment to quality, integrity and its goal of exceeding its clients’ expectations.
