SCOPE OF SERVICES
Harry Pepper provided construction services for the removal and replacement of old lock and dam facilities. An entire river crossing was dewatered, with the exception of the lock, utilizing 500 LF of sheet pile wall. In addition, a new lock and dam control house was constructed along with a boat ramp and associated site work.
