SCOPE OF SERVICES
Design-Build services project to repair outstanding deficiencies for Electronic Warfare Training Buildings 1099 & 3744. Renovations to 110,000 square foot, high security building. Damages were caused by Hurricane Ivan to the Cryptography School Buildings at Corry Station Pensacola Repairs included roof and metal flashing replacement, acoustical ceiling repair and tile replacement, interior doors repaired/repainted, exterior doors replaced, raised floors in the corridors replaced; HVAC systems repaired/re-commissioned existing HVAC equipment/controls, removed abandoned generators from rooftop penthouses, replace acoustical wall treatment in the SCIF corridors/spaces, replace electrical system panels and repair branch circuitry.
