Design/Build Services: HVAC Construction & Electrical Systems Upgrades

SCOPE OF SERVICES

This facility sustained storm and flood damage during Hurricane Ivan. Design-Build renovations of six buildings, five of which (Buildings 511, 512, 513, 514, 516) had their exterior appearance restored to the original condition with historical accuracy including copper roofing and flashing components due to their historic significance. This project included demolition, abatement, environmental remediation, concrete construction, masonry construction, roofing, dry-wall, door and window installation, floor finishes, cabinet and painting, extensive HVAC system construction, electrical system repairs of multiple buildings at one time. Mold remediation was included in all six buildings and asbestos abatement was included in three buildings.
