SCOPE OF SERVICES

Design/build services for Hurricane Ivan Repairs to buildings 40, 603, 683 and design and construct a new obstacle course and multi-recreational field at Naval Air Station Pensacola, FL. Facility repairs included roof replacement, parapet wall reconstruction and reinforcing, mold remediation, drywall installation, identification and replacement of over 50 rooftop HVAC units, interior finish work, exterior window replacement, interior and exterior door replacement, electrical, mechanical and plumbing systems build-back. The design and construction of the large multi-purpose recreational field included an extensive shoreline stabilization project including sand dune installation, installation of a new irrigation system, site lighting and new scoreboards.
