SCOPE OF SERVICES
This facility sustained storm and flood damage during Hurricane Wilma. This Design-Build services project included mold remediation and asbestos abatement, demolition of Buildings 626, 629, 711 and 718 down to the foundation with complete re-build. Also included were interior renovations to Building A-515. This project included: construction of exterior walls, interior partitions, restrooms, and other appurtenant office spaces in each of the five buildings. Also included were construction services for new roofs, NMCI requirements, upgrade of all utilities to meet UFC and other regulating codes.
