SCOPE OF SERVICES
Design / Build Services - The project will make necessary repairs to the facility including structural deficiencies, new steel sheet pile for the entire length of the dock, constructing a new concrete cap, constructing two new crane loading zones, replacing utility trench covers running alongside the dock, repairs to the utility trench, repairing/replacing deteriorated utilities to five "Utility Box" stations along the dock, replacing all concrete pavement and concrete utility boxes, and installing an impressed current cathodic protection system. Boat slip cover (building 302) shall be removed and refurbished or removed and replaced to facilitate installation of underlying sheet pile. The existing facility is a 2,125 foot long (648 meter long) concrete dock with 11,898 SY (9,948 M2) of dock space constructed circa 1953.
