Design/Build Construction Services: Mechanical & Electrical Systems

SCOPE OF SERVICES

Included design/build and construction services to replace deteriorated structural, mechanical, electrical, and finish systems. Both are 3 story permanent structures (29, 283 SF each). This was a complete gutting of building down to columns and slabs. The renovation work included: modules with kitchenettes, semi-private head facilities and private bedrooms. This included asbestos removal, insulation and vinyl asbestos floor tiles, install a fully automatic fire suppression system, replace exterior windows smaller energy efficient windows equipped with hurricane shutters, replace deteriorated utility systems, replace antiquated fire alarm system, replace telephone and cable television systems, replaced the roof and repair the area lighting system.
