SCOPE OF SERVICES

This facility sustained storm and flood damage during Hurricane Ivan.

Naval Hospital: Replace 18,000SF 2-Ply modified bitumen roof and complete replacement of lightning protection system; replace gypboard and lath ceilings in the operating rooms; replace 232 6'x6' hospital room windows. All work was phased and completed while Hospital and Outlying Facilities remained operational.

Outlying Facilities (included 26 buildings): Replace damaged roofing, canopies, soffits, fascias, flashing and gutters; perform mold abatement/demolition where specified; replace damaged drywall, flooring, doors, windows, and ceiling tile; replace damaged mechanical equipment; repair damaged exterior stucco and brick areas; replace damaged fencing.
