Design/Build Services: Sta 6 Sec 2 Const and Sec 1 Mod
SCOPE OF SERVICES
New Design-Build services for approximately 14,000 square foot. The project included all design and construction services necessary to construct a new single story Youth Center Facility, to construct a new outdoor covered courtyard adjacent to classrooms and walkways connecting adjacent buildings, and to close Knight Lane with associated site utility relocations, parking and driveway work. This project also included a control desk area, five classrooms, computer room, administrative offices, a large game room with 27 foot high ceiling, snack preparation vending room, playground area, and equipment for the kids. The project included all demolition, site grading and preparation, site utility relocations, and improvements and construction necessary to provide a complete and usable facility.
