SCOPE OF SERVICES
Harry Pepper provided construction services for the 5 MGD surface water treatment facility for treating and injecting surface water from Kissimmee River into Aquifer Storage and Recovery (ASR) well. Major water treatment components, electrical work and controls. Process and water treatment equipment included 300 HP and 150 HP Vertical Turbine pumps, Tonka Pressure filter, two inline UV disinfection units, Raw Water Intake Screen and Hydroburst system, decant pumping stations and associated ponds, ductile iron piping and valves, stainless steel air piping, and misc. PVC piping to create water treatment process. Treatment and injection System included extensive monitoring and control equipment with provisions for remote operation.
