SCOPE OF SERVICES
Harry Pepper provided construction services for 10 miles of levee and canals, 14 gated control and overflow structures, 1 twinbarrel inverted siphon with inflow and outfall structures, 1 five-barrel equalization structure and 10 pump stations ranging in size from 12-42" within a project area of 700 acres. A dual pipe bypass Siphon was installed under the existing feeder canal.
