SCOPE OF SERVICES

Mechanical & electrical design/build services for a new 18,000 SF low country-style clubhouse at NAS JAX Golf Clubhouse. This included 10,500 SF dining and bar area, a full service kitchen, large pro-shop and admin areas; 7,500 SF of basement area for storage and charging of the golf carts, a covered golf cart staging area, a screened service yard and over 2,900 SF of covered porches. The facility utilizes chilled water from a new air cooled chiller for cooling and electric heat system for heating/reheat. A closed circuit TV system for security and six large screen flat panel televisions. The facility is protected with a fire protection sprinkler system and a fire alarm/mass notification system. This facility is designated to be used as a command center/shelter during emergency situations.
