HPA is headquartered in Jacksonville, Florida, with area offices in Jacksonville, Pensacola, St. Augustine, and West Palm Beach, Florida. With these area offices in place, we are well positioned to employ local subcontractors and local workforce in order to stimulate the local economy to the fullest extent. Further, these locations allow for immediate response to any need that occurs at our project sites.

As a company, HPA has completed over 500 projects since our inception in 1918. And, in just the last ten years, HPA has completed an array of design-build projects totaling over $200 million in construction cost. These projects include a variety of facilities ranging from military dormitories, to hospitals, to offices. HPA also specializes in engineering construction projects including pump stations, levees, and a one-of-a-kind combat diver training facility.

We selectively partner with leading design firms, known both regionally and nationally, that share the same commitments. By making these partnering ties, HPA is able to team with the consultant(s) who are the most appropriate in fulfilling the requirements and needs of each particular project. Additionally, HPA has developed its own in-house design team in order to ensure accuracy in following project requirements (as identified in the Requests for Proposals) and quality control both during the design phase and continuing throughout the construction phase of the project.
